We are seeking 4 highly successful Business Development Associate who can convert warm and cold leads through educational follow up calls. The role would suit someone who has B2B experience, preferably in financial services sales and can identify new business within the existing client base. We are looking for someone who is resilient, driven and fun to have as a team member.

Salary: $67,000 + super + uncapped commission ($105,000 OTE + super)

Commission guaranteed for the first 3 months at $2,500 per month!

The Nuts and Bolts

• Generating new opportunities and following up on activity
• Explaining the benefits of the lending platform
• High volume outbound calling - 45-65 calls
• Working towards weekly and monthly targets
• Providing a tailored customer service to each prospective client
