MAYDAY is on the lookout for a Business Development Representative to join a passionate and high performing fintech company. In this role, you’ll work directly with accredited brokers, helping them understand and champion our fast, innovative lending solutions for their clients.

Your mission? Turn one off deals into lasting partnerships. You’ll educate, guide, and engage customers, ensuring they get the best possible experience and keep coming back.

Benefits:
Salary: $67,000 + Super + up to $40,000 commission
Commission Guarantee: Enjoy $2,500 per month for your first 3 months while you hit the ground running

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of potential customers through outbound calls and consistent follow-up
• Convert inactive or non-accredited partners into engaged, active partners
• Act as the main point of contact, supporting brokers through the sales and application journey
• Host webinars and contribute to broker events as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates on all interactions
• Smash your daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets with confidence

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a phone-based sales or broker-support role
• Experience working with brokers or third-party channels is a big plus
• Strong communicator with high energy, resilience, and a positive, team-first attitude
• A natural relationship builder with a proactive, self-motivated mindset
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a fast-paced pipeline
• Driven to succeed, with a real hunger to hit targets and grow within the business
