The Team
Romteck Grid boasts a team of 20+ dedicated individuals, including 5 sales experts in NSW and Victoria. The sales team excels in building relationships with clients, ensuring Romteck's services meet their exact needs. Behind the sales team is an experienced support crew of installers, administrators and technical experts helping the sales team deliver industry leading customer service and turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities
Support sales in all aspects - client enquiries, phone calls, contract management etc.
Monitor and track sales growth and targets to support pipeline reporting.
Timely and correct entry of data into CRM.
Preparing, lodging, and tracking planning approval on behalf of clients.
Identifying areas of opportunity to increase growth and efficiency across the business.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide customer support about services, pricing, and features.
Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings to stay updated on new information and industry trends.
About You
Detail-oriented and high levels of accuracy.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
High level of customer service skills and enjoy dealing with people.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
Tech-savvy, self-starter, comfortable working autonomously.
Organised and proactive approach to planning and execution.
Able to work as a team or independently.
Rapport with clients (i.e. comfortable picking up the phone to chat with clients).
