This full-time E-commerce Sales Administrator role is based in Alstonville, NSW.

The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting OralCare4U, which aims to expand its online sales operations for oral care products. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, responding to enquiries, and assisting with the overall management of the company's e-commerce platforms.

What you'll be doing

· Process customer orders and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch

· Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a friendly and efficient manner

· Assist with updating product listings and managing the company's e-commerce platforms

· Provide administrative support to other team members as required

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of e-commerce processes and procedures

· Inventory management and purchasing

What we're looking for

· 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or sales administration role, preferably in an e-commerce environment

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail

· Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce) and accounting software (Reckon / Xero)

· Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure

· Knowledge of the dental industry or a keen interest in healthcare products would be highly regarded
