The Role:
Our client is seeking a Junior Performance Analyst to assist with performance analysis and reporting across a range of investment portfolios. In this role, you'll support the Head of Performance with client and fund manager reports, performance attribution, and quantitative analysis. You'll work independently and under guidance, using your analytical skills to meet regular reporting deadlines and handle ad-hoc queries. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential for delivering high-standard results in this growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing data requests from asset consultants and research houses
• Liaising with third party vendors, such as index providers and system providers
• Portfolio and benchmark data integrity and validation checks
• Daily and monthly performance attribution reporting for equity and fixed income portfolios
• Daily calculation of performance returns for all products

Qualifications:

• You have a tertiary qualification preferably related to Finance or STEM
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated high-quality client servicing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA macros experience an advantage)
