Demand is booming, and we’re expanding our sales team with a Business Development Manager who wants uncapped earning potential, genuine support, and the freedom to run their own patch.

About the Role
This is a full-cycle, on-the-road BDM role where you’ll:
• Develop new business through phone, email, and face-to-face outreach
• Manage a small portfolio of warm/existing accounts to supplement new client growth
• Conduct client meetings and product demos (5–6 per week) across Sydney
• Sell premium, Australian-manufactured event and display solutions with market-leading quality and service
• $100K Base + Uncapped Commission + Super
• Sales team consistently hitting between $130K and $180K
You’ll be based out of our brand-new North Sydney office (St. Leonards) five days a week, with flexible hours to suit your client schedule (typically Tues–Thurs for visits)
What We’re Looking For
• Proven sales experience in an autonomous, full-cycle role
• Strong prospecting skills and a confident phone manner
• Driver’s licence and own car (client visits are essential)
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset—someone who wants to win but play as part of a team
