The Role
As a Poultry Farm Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of free-range poultry sheds in Turallin QLD, ensuring bird welfare, environmental control and data accuracy while leading and mentoring a team of shed attendants. Reporting to the Poultry Farm Manager, your duties will include:

• Supervising shed attendants, providing training and ongoing mentorship
• Conducting daily inspections of bird health, feed, water and environmental parameters
• Implementing and monitoring biosecurity, WH&S and animal welfare standards
• Collecting, analysing and maintaining production and inventory data
• Performing basic equipment maintenance when required

Skills & Experience

• Previous supervisory experience in poultry or other livestock operations
• Proficiency in basic maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
• Understanding of WH&S and biosecurity protocols
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Full Australian working rights
