Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members, ensuring effective task delegation and support.
• Provide expert assistance in frame and lens selection, fitting, and adjustments.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering a warm and professional environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and service excellence.
• Stay informed on product updates and evolving trends within the optical industry.

About You

• Experience in optical dispensing (Certificate IV preferred but not essential).
• Willingness to complete Cert IV – we’ll cover the cost if you're not yet qualified.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to supervise other staff.
• Availability to work one weekend day as part of a 38-hour week.
