You'll be at the heart of a dynamic and supportive team, coordinating cleaning operations across two major hospital campuses. Your day will involve checking in with team members, solving staffing puzzles, and ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed. You'll manage rosters, process payroll actions, and provide hands-on support to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety. Whether you're mentoring staff, reviewing performance, or collaborating with clinical teams, your leadership will help create a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all.
