We’re currently on the lookout for an inspiring and highly capable Head of After-Sales, to lead the transformation of our post-sale experience into a high-performing, customer-first powerhouse.

About the Role:
This is more than just a management role—it's a strategic, hands-on opportunity to redefine what exceptional post-sale support looks like. Leading multi-site teams across Repairs, Spare Parts, Quoting, CRM, and Supply Chain, you’ll be the catalyst for cultural change and operational excellence.

Your Mission

Inspire and lead diverse teams across all locations, uniting operations with clarity, purpose, and momentum.

Embed a customer-first mindset, elevating our after-sales service to a true value-add that drives repeat business and long-term loyalty.

Transform team perception and performance, fostering collaboration, accountability, and pride across quoting, technical support, and fulfilment.

Champion data-driven improvements—from KPIs and customer feedback to lead times and part accuracy.

Enable growth by aligning service delivery with commercial objectives and supporting our Sales teams in the field.

What You’ll Bring

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a belief that service can be a growth engine.

Proven experience leading repairs, supply chain, or technical customer service in a high-impact environment.

A track record of leading change through collaboration and influencing cross-functional buy-in across multiple locations.

A self-driven, solutions-oriented mindset—comfortable with both the strategic and the operational.

Experience in mining, pumping, or industrial equipment industries will be highly regarded.
