Position Overview:
We are currently searching for a driven and detail-oriented Lead Coordinator to join our Sales team.
Working closely with our Business Development Managers, you will play an essential role in converting contact leads into project opportunities for our sales team.
This position requires strong relationship building skills, taking a proactive approach, and attention-to-detail to assist Architects with applying our systems to their world class architectural designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Qualifying leads – effectively capturing, qualifying and nurturing inbound contact leads.
• Managing pipeline of leads - Developing strong relationships with architects and guiding them as they design with and specify the use of our products.
• Product knowledge – build a wholistic knowledge of product systems, and their applications.
• Administration – Meticulously record customer interactions and project information details into the CRM database. Manage inbound and outbound calls and meet measured daily KPIs.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong desire to win as a team
• Ability to find and develop new opportunities
• Proficiency in CRM data software (e.g. Hubspot and Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
