Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
The Enquiries that you receive daily – WARM ENQUIRIES - They are all calling us for help, they have a desperate need for our assistance, in some extreme cases” its life or death”, in other cases its life or death in the near future or at the very least, well before their time, HOT ENQUIRIES many of them have been referred to us by a friend or family member or mutual family members whom we have successfully helped in the past., enquiries include Celebrities; Actors; Sports People & Mega Wealthy who own Buildings; Yachts& Regard $1,000,000 as loose pocket change
In reality, they are all Hot enquiries and should be treated as such, if they were not HOT, they would not have made the call, they don’t call unless they want help, they know they have a problem or their loved one has a problem, they have been thinking about it for some time now, and finally, they have the courage to call,some will seem less obvious to you because they will try to play it down, mainly due to pride as many of these people are ALPHAs, they don’t want to seem in need or week., remember they are not calling just for fun, they called because they have nowhere else to turn, they are out of options and we are their only salvation. You need to be professional & empathetic whilst continuously moving the enquirer over to a client, you need to adopt the same approach that you would in catching a scared bunny with splinter in its foot, although it needs your help to remove the splinter, if you run right at it, it will hop away.
The Ideal Sales Person – This is key - You have to have a solid phone or face to face consultative sales background and have genuine empathy for others but not so much that you melt into a puddle yourself.
As you will be speaking to some well-known and famous individuals from around the world, you can’t just lose your mind when you are speaking to one, you must be the sort who can stay professional, calm, composed, and not ask for an autograph if you end up speaking to your Favorite Sportsperson, Actor or Rock star. You also need to keep the information about those whom you meet confidential. If a cast member from your Favorite television series happens to be on the other end of the phone, you can’t tell everyone at your weekend family BBQ.

A Sales Consultant who is highly empathetic and although you will earn a lot of money in salary and commissions with us you need to view your huge earnings as secondary to the person in need of whom you are speaking.
OR
A Sales Consultant who is warm and nurturing and although you will earn a lot of money in salary and commissions with us you need to view all the salary coms and perks as secondary to the person/ warm enquiry to whom you are speaking.
OR
A Sales Consultant who is skilled at selling high end value and although you will earn a lot of money in salary and commissions with us you need to view all the salary coms and perks as secondary to the person/ warm enquiry to whom you are speaking.

Training and easing you into the position – this is an important position and we want you with us long term, our sales staff love working with us, they love the job, the company and what we stand for, we ease you into the position and provide you with training on all aspects of the business.
Our/Your team - You have very highly qualified consultants around you and a highly skilled sales manager to assist you if and when required, in addition our service providers who make up the back-end team have been with us a long time and are accustomed to dealing with all the above mentioned personalities and can assist and support you, so please don’t feel as if you are on your own as you yourself are a part of a highly successful; confident and highly respected team; And remember our clients are calling us because they have a need and they were told that we are the best in the business, so no matter with whom you are conversing, we/you are in a position of strength, they are asking us for help, so you never need to feel like you are on the back foot or inferior to whomever it is you are in dialogue.
Salary; Super; Vehicle allowance; Commissions; Bonuses and Perks – Your first year’s salary in the business is $100,000 plus 12% superannuation plus a lucrative uncapped commission structure plus other company provided perks.
