What your day will look like….
You'll spend your time engaging with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and coordinate tailored care that supports recovery and independence. Whether you're conducting comprehensive assessments, leading case discussions with ACAT, mentoring junior staff, or contributing to quality improvement initiatives, your role is central to delivering safe, person-centred care. You'll navigate complex clinical situations with confidence, using your advanced judgement and communication skills to ensure each client receives the right support at the right time. Along the way, you'll help shape a positive team culture, contribute to education and research, and continuously improve the way care is delivered.
