What your day will look like….
Your day will revolve around coordinating the GEM Program, where you'll guide and support your team to deliver high-quality, tailored care for older patients. You'll conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments, implement and evaluate care plans, and use your advanced clinical judgment to manage complex health needs. Whether mentoring staff, consulting with families, or leading quality improvement initiatives, you'll be at the heart of positive change—championing patient outcomes, driving excellence in aged care, and helping your team thrive in a dynamic, multidisciplinary setting.
