As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced On-Site Installation Manager to ensure excellence across our project installations from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee on-site cabinetry installations across multiple residential and commercial projects

Conduct QA checks and manage installer quality lists, reporting back to the factory team

Handle defect lists and ensure all rectifications are completed to a high standard

Perform site measures for the drafting/detailing team

Attend site meetings and ensure project milestones and deadlines are met

Coordinate resources: installers, labourers, and joinery deliveries

Finalise jobs by adjusting doors, adding caps, gapping, and other finishing tasks

Weekly reporting and collaboration with the Factory Foreman to ensure continuous improvement

What We’re Offering:

Salary: $90K–$135K (commensurate with experience)
