The role:

Following some exciting project wins, we are seeking experienced Project Engineers to work on a diverse range of projects including renewables, transport infrastructure and civil construction across regional NSW on DIDO rosters.

Your day to day:

• Developing and managing the construction program and implementing mitigating measures to keep the program on track.
• Contributing to bids and tenders
• Coordinating and managing construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.
• Participating & leading monthly financial reviews and providing cost forecasts against budgets to understand cost to complete.
• Leading and supporting a strong safety culture.

Who are you?

Coming to us with previous experience in civil construction as a Project Engineer, you are degree qualified and have:

• A sound understanding of typical construction specifications used in the Australian construction industry.
• Exposure to a variety of subdisciplines such as road, road structures, drainage, rail and earthworks
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors and the client
• Experience on, or an interest in renewable projects will be highly regarded.
• The ability to manage small scale projects in regional areas is essential. Attractive compensation options are offered for DIDO/FIFO projects
