The Role

We're seeking a Senior Software Tester to take ownership of quality assurance within our growing Agile development team. In this hands-on role, you’ll drive the design and implementation of both manual and automated testing strategies, ensuring the performance, functionality, and reliability of Mystro’s core platform.

You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and UX designers to proactively identify issues, shape testing methodologies, and champion a quality-first mindset across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex features and modules

Execute functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms

Lead the enhancement and maintenance of automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright

Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and provide input from a QA perspective

Identify, log, and track defects in JIRA, and collaborate with engineers to ensure timely resolution

Contribute to the evolution of CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated tests into deployment workflows

Mentor junior testers and provide leadership in refining QA processes and testing documentation

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience

At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on SaaS/web platforms

Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and scripting

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and experience with bug tracking/test management tools

Excellent problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences

Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
