Toffos Pty Ltd specializes in operating an e-commerce warehouse and servicing a wide network of retailers. We are expanding our digital infrastructure to streamline inventory management, logistics, and customer engagement.

We’re looking for an experienced ICT Software Quality Assurance Engineer to support our warehouse technology systems by ensuring our software platforms are stable, scalable, and user-friendly.

About the Role

You will be responsible for testing and validating our internal warehouse management system (ACR, MYOB, etc.), e-commerce interfaces (Amazon, eBay), order picking applications, and reporting dashboards. This role is ideal for someone who can combine technical expertise with practical business understanding of warehousing and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute test plans for logistics and inventory management modules within the enterprise distribution system to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and stock level tracking

· Identify and log software defects, working closely with developers to track resolution and verify fixes related to product tracking, delivery scheduling, and invoicing modules.

· Perform data validation tests to ensure integrity between customer orders, stock levels, and delivery outputs

· Design and maintain automated QA procedures to validate batch processing jobs for inventory reconciliation and shipment tracking.

· Develop QA documentation and SOPs to ensure repeatable test execution across functional releases in the warehouse management system.

· Monitor database triggers and procedures to ensure they perform reliably under load conditions related to bulk stock updates and seasonal sales spikes.

· Ensure QA standards across software updates, bug fixes, and patches.

· Conduct performance and stress testing of system components that handle real-time order processing and automated inventory reordering.

· Ensure distribution software systems complied with quality standards for accuracy, reliability, and business continuity, maintaining detailed audit logs and incident reports.

Skills & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field

· 2+ years experience in software QA or testing, ideally with ERP/WMS systems

· Proficient with test tools (e.g., Postman, JIRA, Xray)

· Understanding of inventory management and order fulfilment workflows

· Familiarity with SQL, API testing, basic scripting, and performance testing tools

· Excellent written and communication skills and attention to detail.

· Hands-on exposure to mobile device testing (e.g., barcode scanners, Android apps).

· Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
