Your Role

As our SEO & Google Ads Specialist, you’ll be the digital engine behind our growth. You’ll work closely with our marketing partners and franchise network of builders to:

Develop and implement SEO strategies that improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic

Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple regions and services

Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits

Create compelling ad copy and landing page recommendations to improve conversion rates

Monitor analytics and prepare regular reports to track KPIs and ROI

Stay ahead of algorithm updates, platform changes, and emerging trends in digital marketing

What You Bring

2+ years of hands-on experience in GEO, SEO and Google Ads campaign management

Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning

Bonus: Experience in the home improvement, construction, or franchise industries
