To be considered for this contract you will need to be an Australian citizen and have a NV1 security clearance in place as a minimum. Contract is due to commence in August 2025.

The Assistant Program Manager will be required to manage a matrixed workforce within the Program of work alongside the LAND154 Project Managers to ensure that the matrixed workforce is prioritised, resourced and tasked in accordance with agreed program schedule outcomes. You will also be responsible for coordinating key Governance and Assurance milestones with LAND154 Project Managers to achieve LAND154 Program Governance requirements (including Budget Estimates, Senate Estimates, Program Steering Groups, Integrated Project Management Team meetings and assurance activities).

As the ideal candidate you will have the following skills:

A qualified practitioner with higher degree qualifications or relevant industry experience of more than 8 years.

Exposure to and experience with Electromagnetic Warfare & Intelligence Systems.

Exposure to Robotics and Counter IED systems.

Demonstrated communications and stakeholder engagement competencies, including the ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
