About the Role

As the Enterprise Resource Management Program Manager, you’ll lead a large-scale ERP program that supports the ATO’s digital transformation. Working across organisational boundaries, you’ll steer the program from planning through delivery, building strategic partnerships, managing vendors, and ensuring successful outcomes that align with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a complex ERP transformation program
• Engage and negotiate with senior executives, delivery partners and vendors
• Oversee program planning, risk, financials, reporting, and governance
• Lead cross-functional and multi-vendor teams to deliver integrated outcomes
• Mentor and build team capability in best-practice delivery and operations
• Ensure alignment with organisational strategy, policy, and change objectives

Skills & Experience

• Proven success leading large, complex ICT programs through full delivery lifecycle
• ERP experience in enterprise-scale environments, ideally with SAP ECC6
• Strong knowledge of ICT transformation and integration with core systems
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and senior stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead blended delivery teams in complex vendor ecosystems
• Strategic leadership experience, including mentoring, planning, and risk management

Existing Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
