⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:00pm
(Overtime required when needed)
💰 Salary: $85K + Super (Supervisor level)
Up to $95K + Super for experienced Managers

Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We're seeking a Distribution Centre Supervisor/ Manager with a strong operational background, hands-on mindset, and the ability to guide a team through change and growth.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day warehouse planning and execution
• Coordinating labour allocation for both inbound and outbound tasks
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Supporting the rollout of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) and driving positive change within the team
• Getting hands-on as required – valid Forklift Licence is essential
• Completing general warehouse duties and ensuring best practices are followed
• Using RF scanners and WMS for efficient stock handling and tracking
• Communicating professionally via email and in person with team members and partners

✅ What You’ll Need to Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in warehousing/logistics
• 2+ years in a supervisory role (minimum)
• Valid LF Forklift Licence
• Proven RF scanning and WMS experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident with Microsoft Office Suite (advantageous)
• Ability to lead a team, adapt to change, and keep things running smoothly
• Reliable, driven, and solution-oriented mindset
