As a leading e commerce clearance and delivery company with facilities in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland we are currently recruiting a Import Air freight Supervisor for our Botany facility, this is a permanent role.

As the supervisor you will need to be able to manage 10 employees and work in a high volume, reactive environment, dealing with multiple clients and a diverse service range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery of daily KPIs
• Managing the receiving, put away and processing of freight
• Accurate management of labour requirements to minimise costs
• Complying with Customs and AQIS Regulations
• Leading and supporting warehouse staff in performing their roles to the expected standard and ensure staff understand all facets of warehouse requirements.
• Ensure all OH&S procedures are followed

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years experience working as a Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager
• Previous experience in a Logistics / Air Freight environment.
• Current forklift license
• WMS / RF Scanning experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience in customs bonded warehouse
