About the role

As a Brewhouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the in-house brewery. This is a full-time position based in Albury, NSW 2640. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing the brewing process, maintaining equipment, and ensuring consistent quality and efficiency in beer production. What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of the brewing team to ensure all brewing operations are completed to a high standard

Monitor and maintain the brewery equipment, including fermentation tanks, filtration systems, and packaging machinery

Liaise with the management team to track production KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the overall growth of the brewery

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Provide training and mentorship to the brewing team to develop their skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

Significant experience in a supervisory or management role within a commercial brewery or similar production environment

Proven oral and written communication skills including computer literacy.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a skilled brewing team

Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the brewing industry

Passion for craft beer and a commitment to delivering exceptional products to customers
