THE NEXT STEP: Join a rapidly growing Australian MSP who is acquiring a number of its competitors. Significant opportunity to grow your career and expand your knowledge in areas that include Security, Cloud, and Network Management Toolsets.

We have a (Permanent) Senior Network Engineer / Solutions Architect role available.

This is targeting a Network Engineer with Solution Design, Presales & Customer Engagement experience to grow into the role.

You will be responsible for designing Innovative IT infrastructure and managed services solutions that align with client requirements and business goals

You will play a key role in solution architecture, technical scoping, quoting, and project planning—supporting enterprise and mid-market clients across various industries.

You will lead presales from a technical perspective, then then you will work through the implementation process.

This requires a broad technical background across Networks. It is targeting knowledge of Radio and Wi-Fi, understanding of Wireless access points.

You will require the ability to put firewalls into cloud focussed infrastructure.

Whilst you require strong technical skills, it also requires the ability to put a solution together.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 5-10 years Network Engineering Experience
  • Managed Service Provider (MSP) Experience
  • Broad technical background across Networks
  • Proven Experience Implementing Firewalls in Cloud Infrastructure
  • Cisco, Fortigate OR Juniper Certification
  • Knowledge of Radio and Wi-Fi, and Wireless Access Points
  • Solution Design Experience
  • Ability to create Innovative Technical Solutions
  • Presales & Customer Engagement Experience
  • Proven experience Designing and Quoting Solutions across networking, security, cloud, and managed IT services.
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and remote management platforms.
