Your Impact:
As an APS6 level Network Engineer, you'll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and supporting cloud and on-premises network infrastructure. This includes projects in LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, cloud connectivity, and Zero Trust architectures. You'll collaborate with architects, developers, and support teams to drive secure, reliable, and scalable solutions in a fast-moving ICT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure cloud and on-prem network architectures (Azure/AWS)
• Support CI/CD environments and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) pipelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and network issues
• Document systems, workflows, and operational processes
• Contribute to change management and continuous improvement
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship within the team
• Implement Zero Trust Network Access and enhance security postures
• Collaborate across departments to deliver integrated solutions

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Network or Cloud Engineer in enterprise settings
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, cloud networking, and Wi-Fi principles
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and tools like Jira
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise and thrive in dynamic project environments
• Experience in documenting systems and mentoring junior team members

Desirable:

• Experience in government, disability, or social service environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and ITIL frameworks
• Relevant certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Azure, AWS, or DevOps

Eligibility:

• You must be an Australian Citizen
• Able to obtain and maintain a National Police Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required
