Qualified Team Leader – St Peter & Paul OSHC Program

We have an opportunity at our St Peter & Paul Out of School Hours Care Program for Diploma Qualified Team Leader.

About the role:

St Peter & Paul OSHC is located in Garran and is licensed for 99 children.

Permanent part-time position 20 hrs weekly – Mix of Before School Care (6.30am - 9.30am) and After School Care (2.00pm - 6.00pm) shifts. Additional hours as required and if available.

This role comes with an above award wage $33.60-$34.62, based on experience and qualification, with a split shift allowance of $19.00 when you work a Before and After School Care shift on the same day.

The structure at our Out of School Hours Care Services includes a Service Director, a variety of team leaders, deputy team leaders and educators. You will be working with the team to deliver a quality Before and After School Care program.

About you:

Hold Diploma in Early Education and Care

Have a current WWVP card, First Aid and CPR

Have a strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework

Are ready to lead a team of educators with the support and guidance of our service Director.

Enjoy sharing their skills and knowledge with children and educators

Build strong, trusting relationships between children, families and team members

Have children’s wellbeing at centre of everything that they do
