We are seeking an innovative and passionate educational leader to fill the role of Principal at Roxby Downs Area School, a category 5 school on the Index of Educational Disadvantage which caters to 470 students from years Reception to Year 12. The school has approximately 55 FTE of staff and excellent teaching facilities including: 2 Science Laboratories, Primary Computing Suite, Computer Aided Design Studio, Art Room, Drama Room, Library, Learning Hub and Open Access Facilities. A school hall is also operational and caters for community needs outside school hours. The principal plays a vital role in delivering the department's goals – the child being at the centre of everything we do. Principal leadership is critical to school ethos and culture, through a commitment to the development and achievement of system priorities.
