We are currently seeking a passionate and strategic Head of Finance (CFO) to join the Executive Leadership Team at an established healthcare business in Tasmania. They will oversee the financial operation, IT, Administration teams supporting two facilities based outside of Laumceston, Tasmania.

As the Head of Finance (CFO), you will hold full responsibility for strategic and operational financial management.

This role will:

• Provide financial leadership and strategic planning
• Oversee compliance, reporting, risk management, and financial sustainability
• Lead finance, administration, IT, and infrastructure planning
• Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to enhance performance and drive innovation

You will be a values-driven and hands-on financial leader with a commitment to excellence, with:

• CPA or CA qualification (or equivilant)
• People management experience
• Competence in analysing financial data, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Proficiency with financial software, systems, and modern budgeting tools
• Experience in a healthcare or NFP sector (highly desirable)
