Field Technician (Project Lead) – Sydney-Based | $120K-$130K + Car

About the Role
As a Field Technician (Project Lead), you will play a key role in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial equipment and machinery. Based in Sydney, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to travel across Australia, providing top-tier service to our valued clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing, commissioning, training, and handing over industrial equipment and systems
- Conducting pre-delivery assembly, configuration, and test runs in the factory
- Providing clear and detailed service documentation, including reports, checklists, and handover forms
- Performing preventative maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly
- Managing spare parts inventory in your service vehicle

What We’re Looking For
Technical expertise – hands-on experience in equipment installation and maintenance
Strong communication skills – ability to interact with customers and suppliers professionally
Customer service mindset – previous experience in a client-facing role is a plus
Attention to detail & work ethic – high standards in documentation and job execution
Tech-savvy approach – experience with ServiceM8, Word, Excel, MSD365 ERP, CRM, or field service software is an advantage
