We're seeking a hands-on Field Technician to join a rapidly growing company at the forefront of cutting-edge communication, entertainment, and IT systems in the maritime industry.

💼 About the Role

Due to continued expansion, this role offers the chance to work on exciting marine-based projects across yachts, cruise liners, and offshore vessels. From system installations to service and support, you'll be the go-to tech on the field ensuring world-class systems run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and integrate satellite communications, fleet broadband & entertainment systems onboard.
• Configure systems to optimize performance and onboard compatibility.
• Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on client vessels.
• Provide hands-on support and outstanding service to customers onsite.
• Perform system testing and calibrations to ensure quality and compliance.

✅ What You'll Need:

• CCNA Qualification + Open Cabler's License is a MUST
• Experience in IT Networking (CISCO) within Install + Servicing + Troubleshooting
• Any additional experience within Communication, IT, AV or Data Systems
• Comfortable working onsite in dynamic, ever-changing environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills & experience in the above listed industries
• Flexible for travel, including extended assignments on location

Bonus:
