At Estelle Care Services, we provide person-centred support that empowers NDIS participants to live independently, build new skills, and engage in their communities. We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

Estelle Care Services provides in home care and community supports - and recently opened our exciting new skills centre; providing group and centre based activities in a safe, fun, accessible and engaging space!

🌈 About the Role

You will support participants in a range of daily living and community-based activities, including:

Group & Centre Based Activities

Personal care and hygiene

Meal preparation and assistance around the home

Community access and social inclusion

Transport and appointments

Implementing participant support plans

Building independent living and life skills

✅ About You

We’re looking for people who are:

Passionate about providing quality, person-centred care

Empathetic, respectful, and inclusive

Committed to professional and ethical practice

Reliable, punctual, and great communicators

Able to work independently and as part of a team

📋 Requirements

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or similar (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current First Aid & CPR certification

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence + reliable transport

Working With Children Check (if supporting young participants)
