We’re seeking a proactive, commercially minded Lawyer with between 1-4 years’ PAE to join a high-performing ASX-listed resources company with international operations.

This broad, hands-on role offers exposure across corporate, commercial and procurement matters. Working closely with the senior lawyers, you’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering high-quality legal support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, agreements and procurement.

Supporting the business with M&A activity, including due diligence.

Assisting with company secretarial duties and advising on governance and compliance matters across the business.

Providing general legal support across the business as required.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking to speak with lawyers with at least 1 years’ experience with strong corporate, commercial or resources experience. You will have experience from top/mid-tier firms or in-house legal teams. You will have a growth mindset, be eager to learn and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
