Role:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions within a complex public sector environment. You'll work closely with architects, analysts, and QA teams in agile squads to ensure high-quality, maintainable delivery.

• Design and develop custom solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and BAs to refine requirements and translate them into technical components.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline deployments.
• Ensure performance, security, and maintainability best practices are applied to all custom development.
• Support release cycles and resolve defects and enhancement requests in a timely manner.

You will have:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, preferably with public sector exposure
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, and platform APIs
• Familiarity with Vlocity OmniStudio is a plus: OmniScripts, Flex Cards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security, and integration patterns
• Salesforce certifications highly desirable (Platform Developer I & II, App Builder)
