As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing & Media Creative to lead our content, campaigns, and brand storytelling. You’ll play a central role in shaping the way our brand connects with buyers, sellers, landlords and the wider community.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of all things creative and digital marketing, crafting compelling visuals, driving online engagement, and helping us stand out in a competitive market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing and growing our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more

Creating high-quality photo, video and graphic content (think listings, team stories, behind-the-scenes)

Filming and editing short-form video content (iPhone-level production is perfect)

Designing brochures, flyers, digital ads and branded collateral using Adobe Creative Suite

Managing and updating our website

Creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns

Running and optimising paid social media advertising campaigns

Reporting on performance metrics and using insights to continuously improve

Supporting agent marketing needs with design and digital support

What You’ll Bring

2+ years’ experience in a creative marketing or media role

Solid design skills and hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro etc.)

Confident with content creation, from photography to filming and editing short-form video

A flair for writing engaging captions and marketing copy

Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with deadlines

Professional presentation and a strong attention to detail

A self-starter attitude with a collaborative spirit

Nice to have:

Experience working in real estate or property marketing

Basic knowledge of WordPress, SEO or Google Analytics

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or digital ad platforms
