About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic team player to liaise with our customers, overseas agents, Customs, Quarantine and 3rd Party Service Providers to ensure shipments meet the expectations of our valued customers and are in line with the terms of the contract. You will also manage shipping schedules to meet customer expectation and ensure full document compliance.
You will work with our clients and Operations department to ensure we meet transit and delivery schedules, liaise with external suppliers, keep clients advised of the progress of their consignments and support the team on a day to day basis.

Import/Export Qualification or experience preferred
Possess outstanding communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task

Ability to work with and meet strict deadlines
Organisational ability
Excellent customer service skills
Team player
Computer literate - Microsoft Office is essential
Ability to work unsupervised
