Offering advanced treatments including CEREC, ZOOM whitening, Invisalign/Clear aligners, aesthetic dentistry, wisdom teeth removal and dental implants in a modern, progressive environment.

Your Role: Lead, Inspire, Grow
You’ll be stepping into a supportive practice with an established patient base, a team that values each other, and owners who genuinely care about their people. This isn’t just about managing — it’s about uplifting the practice, bringing the warmth and charisma that turn good days into exceptional ones.
Daily Practice Management & Administration
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth front office workflows and exceptional patient experiences
Maintain efficient systems, manage supplies, and uphold safety, compliance, and accreditation standards
Human Resources
Lead, support, and develop the team through recruitment, onboarding, training, and regular performance feedback
Manage rosters, leave, and workplace policies while fostering a positive, collaborative culture
Marketing
Identify and implement marketing strategies to grow the practice and enhance patient engagement
Oversee communications, social media, and promotions to attract and retain patients
Financial Management
Monitor practice finances, including billing, payroll, and cost control to optimise cash flow
Prepare financial reports and understand feedback measures to drive informed business decisions

What the Successful Candidate Will Look Like
Experience in practice management is desirable - but not essential. We welcome candidates with a strong willingness to learn, as tailored leadership coaching will be provided to the right person.
