As our organisation continues to expand, we are thrilled to announce exciting opportunities for Disability Support Workers in the North West of Tasmania

We are in search of individuals who embody compassion, empathy, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to connect with and support our participants, fostering meaningful relationships.
Flexibility is key, as the role may require availability to fill shifts on a 24-hour roster. Adaptability to varying situations and participant needs is essential for success in this role.
Key qualifications and attributes for prospective candidates include:
Possession of a valid Working with Vulnerable People card or the ability to obtain one.
Completion of a National Police Check.
Willingness to travel up to 50km
Possession of a valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
A positive and proactive attitude towards work.
Previous experience working with Mental Health Disabilities is preferred.
Experience in managing behaviours of concern is advantageous.
