This is a casual position with the opportunity for longer shifts—ideal if you're looking to build strong relationships and make a meaningful impact.

Your Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll provide personalized, practical, and emotional support to help clients achieve their goals. Your day may include:

Assisting with personal care, meals, and household tasks

Supporting clients to access the community and enjoy recreational activities

Advocating for clients’ rights with dignity and respect

Documenting support activities and outcomes

Working with a care team to follow individual support plans

About You

You’re empathetic, proactive, and driven to help others live their best lives. You’ll also bring:

Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support (or nursing qualifications)

Experience with person-centered care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays

A current Victorian driver’s license and comprehensive car insurance
