Pathways Residences is a luxury Residential Aged Care provider in Sydney. We are currently looking for a Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team. This is a full time role based in Northbridge NSW 2063 .

The role:

Lifestyle Coordinators are part of Allied Health, and work together with various stakeholders to design, coordinate and implement recreational activities for our Residents. You will be a beacon of leadership and motivation to your team - which consist of recreational officers, activity nurses, and other related staff like bus drivers. You will be responsible for ensuring our facilities have a lot of great and fun activities for our Residents, from bingo nights and painting/music classes, through to bus outings and exercises classes.

About you:

Fun, outgoing, energetic

Relevant qualification or training in lifestyle/leisure/health

Aged-care experience highly regarded

Experience in implementing lifestyle programs and activities for Residents

Experience in leading a team

What we offer:

$33.00 - $35.00per hour + Superannuation

4 weeks annual leave + 2 weeks sick leave + additional leave
