Glasshouse is currently looking for an Assistant Front of House Manager to support our FOH Manager and held guide our energetic and dynamic team.

The successful candidate will report directly to our FOH Manager, and will work closely with our Head Chef and Accommodation Manager to ensure an exceptional level of service for our guests.

This full-time position will require the availability to work a 5 day roster, covering a combination of day and evening shifts which will be organised with the successful candidate.

They will be comfortable leading by example, and willing and able to engage in the ongoing training of staff.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Have experience within a similar calibre establishment.

Be service focused, and passionate about customer service;

Have a positive and engaging personality, and the ability to build rapport with guests;

Have a current RSA competency card;

Have a commitment to quality, consistency and presentation

Understand that nights and weekends are our peak time
