What You’ll Do

- Lead a team of techs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)

- Manage daily operations and ensure compliance

- Resolve escalations, oversee after-hours response

- Secure new service contracts and grow the division

- Track profitability and improve margins

What You’ll Need

- Proven experience managing commercial HVAC services (bonus if multi-trade)

- Confident leadership and team mentoring skills

- Commercial mindset, strong with margins and KPIs

- Service software know-how (Aroflo ideal)
