About the role
QMS Maintenance Pty Ltd is the service and maintenance division of Quadrant Mechanical Services Pty Ltd. We are expanding and seeking a skilled, motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team based in Keysborough, VIC. Our sites are located within the Melbourne CBD and Northern Suburbs so Technicians located in the Northern Suburbs are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial HVAC projects specialising in Hospitals, Laboratories, Pharmaceutical, Universities, Councils, etc

What you'll be doing

Service & Maintenance on Commercial HVAC systems, reporting directly to our Service Manager.

Fault-find, diagnonse and repair a wide range of HVAC systems.

Paperless reporting via cloud-based software Aroflo.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

What we're looking for

Certificate III in Airconditioning & Refrigeration

ARCtick Licence

Current VBA Registration

Restricted Electrical Workers 'D' Licence, Class 1

Previous experience within the HVAC commercial industry.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High standard of workmanship.

Ability to quote repair works.

Good communication and customer service skills

Commitment to safety and quality standards

Working with childrens check (obtainable online)

White Card (Construction Industry Card)
