Responsibilities: Your role will evolve from a leasing focus into full end-to-end property management.

• Manage and coordinate all leasing activities during initial handover and move-ins
• Conduct thorough entry condition reports and routine inspections as properties settle
• Liaise closely with landlords, providing clear, timely communication and advice
• Review applications, supported by a leasing manager and offshore processing team
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants throughout their tenancy
• Oversee a growing portfolio of approximately 170 properties across three new complexes
• Collaborate with a close-knit team while working independently onsite
• Transition into full end-to-end management as the complexes become fully occupied

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in property management, ideally with new developments
• Confident working autonomously and managing onsite portfolios
• Proficient in PropertyMe and Inspection Express
• Current real estate certificate of registration
• Must have own reliable vehicle (onsite parking provided)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
