Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission + car allowance

We are looking for a natural relationship builder, a people person who loves sales - someone who thrives on connecting with people, building rapport, and closing meaningful sales. A natural people-focused communicator who thrives on networking, relationship building, and chasing sales.
Warm, genuine, and articulate – with intelligence and a great sense of humour.
Resilient and confident – able to handle challenges and bounce back from rejection.
Highly self-motivated with a proactive “make it happen” mindset who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and do the hard yards.
Sales experience (especially in print, events or signage) is highly regarded but not essential.
Goal-driven with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed and grow.
Someone who understands quality over quantity; strategy and planning often yield better results.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the delivery of significant sales growth by building and nurturing client relationships through genuine people to people engagement.
Make outbound sales calls to actively seek out, identify and secure new business opportunities in the print/events or sign space.
Represent ACS Print Group at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
Develop, Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships that lead to long-term success.
Collaborate with our internal team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
