The Role

We are looking for a Full Time Sales Representative, preferably with:

• a background in textiles, apparel and merchandise development
• a proactive attitude; and
• a passion for sales

The ideal candidate is motivated, high energy, and extremely diligent in meeting our customer and business needs.

Responsibilities

Working both at our office and on the road, you will be expected to:

• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Promote our company and product portfolio.
• Manage customer enquiries by phone, e-mail, and in-person.
• Follow-up on sales leads.
• Manage customer database.
• Work with all departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Suggest and help develop new marketing and sales practices.
• Prepare quotes, estimates, and invoices

Experience Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Above average computer skills are an absolute must!
• Intelligent and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in sales, marketing and customer service
• Self-motivated.
