Receptionist
Based in New Lambton, Fiducian Financial Services provides holistic financial planning services to a large client base. Due to growth in the business, we are looking to expand our Financial Planner Support team with this Full-Time position. As part of a small team, you will enjoy a friendly and supportive work environment to build an administration based career. The position is supported with additional benefits (measured bonus structure, training and conferences, additional leave arrangements) with options of career progression in the future.
The Position:
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Daily reception duties, including answering phone calls and management of company mail
- Meeting and greeting our valued clients
- Attending to general enquiries from clients
- Preparation and lodgement of client forms
- Following instructions from our Financial Planners
- Obtaining research information from external companies
- Data entry and maintaining client databases
- General administration duties as required
Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- Confident, friendly and outgoing with a positive attitude
- Ability to interact with clients in a mature and responsible manner
- Professional presentation and manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
- Organised with high level attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and work unsupervised
