Victory Auto World has proudly finished our state of the art facilities and is now looking for a full time receptionist.

Victory Auto World has been selling and servicing vehicles for the past 18 years. The franchises we hold include Ford, Isuzu UTE, LDV, and MG. We are a successful, expanding family business with a tradition of excellence and superior customer service. We are located in Tweed Heads and service the Southeast Queensland and Northern Rivers New South Wales regions.

We are currently looking for a professional, enthusiastic and charismatic person to join our fast paced team.

As a Receptionist you would be the face of our business when people walk into the showroom. You would direct people to the correct area and make sure they feel welcomed. The role is Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

The following skills will be required for a successful applicant:

Professional phone manner, courteous and well mannered.

Answer incoming telephone calls to determine purpose of calls, and forward to appropriate personnel or department.

Take and deliver messages when unavailable.

Positive customer service attitude and professional presentation.

High level of showroom customer service

Accurate typing and invoice data entry
