About the role

Mulberry Cards and Gifts is seeking a Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at our store in the Karrinyup Shopping Centre. This is a casual position, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to be part of our friendly, fun team.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience

Assisting customers with product selection, recommendations, and purchase decisions

Maintaining the visual appearance and organisation of the store

Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

Handling cash and electronic transactions accurately

Contributing to the overall success of the store through team collaboration

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Enthusiasm for providing high-quality customer service

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

A team-oriented and collaborative approach
