The leading global MarTech platform is searching for a dynamic and technically astute Senior Solutions Consultant to join their scaling team.
You won't just support sales - you'll be the technical backbone, empowering the sales, partner, and commercial customer-facing teams to win and retain high-value clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Be the foremost SME, providing in-depth platform knowledge and technical guidance to internal teams, and serving as a technical escalation point for resolving critical client issues.
- Deliver engaging product demos that showcase platform capabilities and solve real-world business challenges.
- Identify customer needs, translate business requirements into impactful technical solutions and offer specialised guidance on configuring custom tools.
- Partner closely with sales to infuse technical expertise into prospective client engagements, ensuring the solutions accurately align with their business ambitions. You'll also provide expert technical input for RFPs.
- Your insights from customer interactions will be crucial! Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide qualitative feedback, actively shaping future product development!
What you'll bring to the role:
- A deep understanding of email and marketing automation solutions and their technical capabilities.
- Experience working directly with customers as a Solutions Consultant or support expert.
- Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of the typical SaaS B2B sales cycle.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- A demonstrated history of working effectively with diverse cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering.
- A passion for solving customer problems and driving customer success, adept at building strong relationships and trust with customers.
